Subscription preferences confirmation page not showing on submit
Hello,
I've been trying to debug an issue for a while and can't seem to get anywhere. We've setup custom subscription preferences, unsubscribe, and subscription preferences confirmation pages. The subscription preferences page appears correctly but when you click the "update" button, the confirmation page never appears. The preferences do get updated just fine but because nothing shows on the UI we get customers reaching out saying our page doesn't work. Does anyone know why our subscription confirmation page isn't appearing correctly?

So that we can help you the best we can, could you please share the following information:
- This is the confirmation page when you change your email subscription, right?
- Is the confirmation page hosted in HubSpot or externally?
- What is the exact error message? Or is the page just not appearing?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
I'd like to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @Jnix284, @Jonno_Price and @jonchim do you have suggestions to help @Nbutler285, please?
Also, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.

Thank you very much for getting back to me here! Yes this is for updating subscription preferences for emails. It also relates to the unsubscribe page for emails. We have setup the confirmation pages following the descriptionhere. To my understanding, when the form is submitted the "confirmation success" page is supposed to appear. At the moment, our page is just unresponsive, even when we switch back to the default pages provided to us by hubspot. What is weird is the backend logic is working fine and the users preferences are actually being updated, the redirect just is not occcuring.
The two pages the redirect to the confirmation page is supposed to work on is the user subscription preferences page and the user unsubscribe page. The former (the preferences page) is customizable. As a workaround, we've injected some js to just change the text to "Preferences saved". The latter (the unsubscribe page) does not seem to be customizable so we have no workaround here.

I can give that a shot! However, when I switch back to the default page (the one provided by HS) which presumably has the correct js, its also not working.
